MSP ownership can be isolating. The hardest decisions rarely arrive with enough context, enough time, or the right person already in the room.
Across MSP operations, disaster recovery, software, advisory work, and conversations with owners around the country, Paul saw the same gap repeatedly: generic intelligence can show a number, and traditional groups can offer opinions, but neither consistently connects an owner’s real operating context with trusted human perspective.
PocketMSP is being built to close that gap—helping owners see the business clearly, pressure-test the decision honestly, and leave with an accountable next step.
